Airbus A380-800 (A380-861) - Emirates Airline (Dubai - UAE) - A6-EOK (MSN 184) - Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport (FRA) - May 2016.

Emirates is by far the biggest user of the Airbus A380 and seems to be the only real fan of the aircraft among airlines. It has ordered a total of 123 aircraft. In 2019, its total number of orders was even 162 plus 16 options, but late that year it limited the number of orders to 123 and ordered a mix of A330neos and A350s instead.

Most Emirates A380s have a three-class cabin layout with 14 seats in first class, 76 in business class, and 426 in economy class. The six latest A380s delivered have a four-class layout including 56 premium economy class, and 338 economy class seats, but most aircraft will undergo a cabin upgrade to this layout. Fifteen Emirates A380s have a two-class layout, with 58 seats in business class and 557 in economy class.

Most Emirates A380 are powererd by Engine Alliance engines, but in 20.., Emirates switched to the Rolls Royce Trent. Shower in first class. An Emirates specialty are the two very luxe showers suites onboard its A380s, located at the front of the upper deck. They are intended for first class passengers. Another special feature for them is a complete bar. The first two A380s for Emirates were delivered in October 2007. Emirates expect to fly A380s well into the 2030s. Korean Air is the national airline of Korea. It ordered ten Airbus A380s. The first aircraft was delivered in June 2011. A6-EOK was delivered to Emirates in July 2015.
